Dietary Safety Risks and Prevention During Competitive Periods for Sanda Athletes

Abstract: The outcome of competitive sports often hinges on an athlete's performance in critical moments,which is fundamentalyrootedintheirbiochemicalmetabolicstateduringdailyandcompetitionperiods.Sanda,asahighintensity contact sport,imposes extremely stringent standards on athletes' physical reserves, explosive power output, and precise weight control.However,when thecompetition venueshifts fromafamiliar training base toanunfamiliar environment,changes in external objective conditions frequently disrupt athletes' established dietary homeostasis. Dietary support then transcends mere nutritional supplementation,evolving intoa risk management process fraught with uncertainties.Thispaper analyzes the dietarysafety ecologyofsanda athletes aftertheydepartfromtheirregular training environment,aiming at providing theoretical foundations and practicalreference to enhance the comprehensive support capabilities of Sanda teams during away competitions.
