Influence Factors of Lead and Cadmium Dissolution in Ceramic Products for Food Contact and Optimization of Detection Methods

Abstract: In pursuit of the luster and color richness of ceramic products,heavy metal compounds such as lead and cadmium are added as fluxes orcolorants during the production process.This leads to the potential risk of heavy metal ions migrating into food under specific usage conditions,posing cumulative health hazards to the human body.This article systematicall explores the microscopic migration mechanism of lead and cadmium ions in the ceramic glaze layer,thenonlinear influenceof process environments onthedissolutionbehavior,and the technical limitations of the current detection system,with theaimofoptimizing detection methods andestablishing a moresensitiveand efficient risk monitoring path.
