Research on Quality Control and Management Strategies for Grassroots Food Inspection Work

Abstract: This article focuses on thecore functions and development needs of grassrots food inspection work.Based ontheactual working characteristicsof grasroots inspection institutions,which have limitations interms of personel, equipment,andconditions,withtheaimofesuring thequalitycontrol throughouttheinspectionproces,itcomprehensively examines the key points and weaknesses of quality control from multiple aspects such as the standardization of the inspectionprocess,themanagementof instrumentsandequipment,thecapabilitiesof professionals,thecontrolofreagents and consumables,and thecontrolof environmentalconditions.Itconstructsacomprehensive three-in-onequalitycontrol system consisting of "control levels -management measures - guarantee means".This study aims to optimize the process of grassroots food inspection,enhance the standardization of inspectionoperations and the accuracyof data,improvethe precisionandreliabilityof inspectionresults,providestrong technical supportforgrassroots foodsafetysupervision work, and truly build a solid food safety defense line to ensure public dietary safety.
