Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry in the Determination of Trace Elements and Heavy Metals in Olive Oil

Abstract: This study focuses onthe high-precision detection of trace elements and heavy metals inolive oil.Ahighfat matrixanalysis process based on ICP-MS is established.The sample pretreatment and internal standard correction conditionsareoptimized.Keycontrol parametersforcarbondeposition,cone blockage,and polyatomicion interference are identified.Fe, Cu,Pb,and Asare measured inactualsamples.The accuracyand stabilityof the method are verified using calibration curves and spiked recovery tests.This study provides a practical technical approach for detecting inorganic elements in olive oil.

橄榄油样品中微量元素和重金属的含量直接关联其品质分级与安全风险识别,但由于其高脂有机特性,常规无机元素检测方法在进样阶段易出现雾化不稳定、锥口碳沉积与多原子离子干扰,限制了低浓度区间的定量准确性。(剩余5358字)
