Challenging Issues in Pathogenic Bacteria Detection of Cold Chain Food and Precision Prevention and Control Strategies

Abstract: Coldchainfood isprone to the growth of pathogenicbacteria such as Listeriamonocytogenes,Salmonella, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus due to thelow-temperature environment throughout its production,transportation,storage, andsales processes.The detection and preventionof these pathogens aredirectly related to food safetyand public health. This paper systematicallyreviews thecore challnges in detecting pathogenic bacteria incold chain food,analyzes the root causes of these isses,and proposes targeted precision prevention strategiesbased on the characteristics of cold chain logisticsandthe current development of detection technologies.These strategies include optimizing detection techniques,improving sample pretreatment, implementing full-chain control,and establishing atraceabilitysystem. The resultindicates thatconstructingan integratedsystemof "precisiondetection,full-chainprevention,and intelligent traceability" can enhance the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria incold chain foodand shorten the response time for risk warnings.
