Research on the Method of Reducing False Positive Pesticide Residue Detection in Complex Matrix Foods Based on GC-MS/MS Technology

Abstract: To address the high false positive rate of GC-MS/MS pesticide residue detection in complex matrix foods such as Chinese chives,green tea,and soybean oil,an eficient andaccurate detection method is established.The matrix matching strategy is adopted to optimize the QuEChERS purification combination to 150 mg MgSO 4 , 50 mg PSA, (20 50mgC18 and 10mgGCB. The DB-17MS chromatographic column is selected to optimize the programmed temperature rise conditions to enhance theresolution,andthe relative abundanceratioof ion pairs inthe MRMmode is combined to confirm and eliminate the interference.The recovery rates of the established method for 38 pesticides reached (20 73.2%~112.4% , R2 were all greater than 0.995, the detection limits were 0.001~0.005 mg/kg,and the SRSD within and between days was both lower than 12% .The false positive rate dropped from 52.3% by the traditional method to 7.7% :
