Abstract： The digital economy drives the rapid expansion of the online food delivery industry，but its frequent food safety isues hinder the healthyoperation of the industry.This article focuses on the keydilemma offood safety supervision for online fooddelivery，and identifies therot causes from five dimensions including merchant control， platform responsibility，regulatory eficiency，delivery process，and socialco-governance.Targeted measures such as source governance，platformcontrol，andtechnological empowermentare provided tobuilda "problem-countermeasure" research closed-loop.This article aims to provide practical reference for strengthening food safety supervision for online fod delivery， ensure public dietary health，and promote standardization and development of the industry.
