Study on the Synergistic Effect of Temperature and Time on the Specific Migration of Nonylphenol from Polycarbonate Water Cups

Abstract: To quantitatively investigate the migration patterns and synergistic mechanisms of nonylphenol residues from polycarbonate (PC) water cups into food simulant solutions under diffrent usage scenarios,this study employed a (20号 4% acetic acid solution as the food simulant. Using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS),the specific migration of nonylphenol was measured across a temperature gradient of 259C to 95 °C and a time span of 2 to 24 hours.Experimental results reveal that nonylphenol migration is significantly temperature-driven with cumulative effcts over time,and confirms that elevated temperatures substantiallyreduce diffusionenergy barrers while amplifying the cumulative effect of time.
