Research on the Application of Rapid Detection Technology in the Detection of Fruit and Vegetable Agricultural Products

Abstract: The qualityand safetyof fruits and vegetables are crucial topublic health.Rapid detection technology, with its advantages ofhigh eficiencyandconvenience,has become an essential tool forthe supervisionand processcontrolof fruit and vegetablequalityand safety.This article summarizes the principles of mainstream rapid detection technologies such as immunoassy,spectroscopyand imaging,and molecular biology,and elaborates on their current applications in fieldssuchaspesticideresidue,heavy metal contamination,microbialscreening,and freshnessassessment.Atthe same time,the challngesfaced bythe field in standardizationconstruction,equipment cost and performancebalance are analyzed,andcorresponding optimization strategiesare proposed,aimingatprovidingreference fortheadvantages, botleneck analysis,and development path of this technology,promoting its further applicationand promotion inthe quality and safety control of fruits and vegetables.
