Innovation and Improvement of Sample Pretreatment Techniques in Pesticide Residue Detection of Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract:Inrecent years,the sample pretreatment technology forpesticideresiduedetectioninfruitsand vegetables in Chinahas beencontinuouslyupdated,andthe system hasbecome inreasinglyperfect,providing strong technicalsupport for ensuring thequalityand safety of agricultural products.Efective pretreatmentcan improve detection efficiency andalsoprovide strong support for market supervision of agricultural products.Based onanoverview ofthe principles and characteristics of new pretreatment techniques,this article analyzes theircurent application status inareas such as complex matrices,treatment of easily degradable pesticides,and automation development,anddelves into the main influencingfactors includingsample matrices and process parameters.Finally,suggestionsare made fordemand-driven researchanddevelopment innovation,promoting standardizationandcollaboration,andstrengthening talentcultivation. Theaim is toimprove the level ofqualityandsafetydetectionoffruitsand vegetables through technicaloptimization,so as to ensure the edible safety of agricultural products.
