Research on the Simultaneous Detection Method of Multiple β -Agonist Residues in Pork Based on UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:In order to establish a simultaneous detection method for multiple β -agonist residues in pork,this paper selects clenbuterol,salbutamol,ractpamineandtebutalineastheargets,adoptsacetonitrileultrasonicextractionand performs ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).The results show that the four targets are linearly good in O.5~50.O ng/mL (r ⩾0.999 2),with limits of detection of 0.03~0.06 ng/g, andlimitsof quantificationofO.10~O.2Ong/g;thespiked recoveriesof low,mediumand high concentrationsare （204号 84.3%～96.8% ,and the relative standard deviations are 2.1% 2 5.3% .This method is sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for the detection of β -agonist residues in pork.
