Abstract：This paper analyzes maincauses of inaccuracies in heavy metal detection of fruitsand vegetables，and proposes targeted quality control measures including sample preparation control，full-cycle instrument maintenance， interdisciplinaryteambuildingandscientificdetectionenvironmentmanagement，aiming toprovidetheoreticalreference for establishingadetectionqualityasurance systemand improvingdata credibilityofheary metal detectionoffruitsand vegetables.
