Establishmentand Accuracy Validation of Multicomponent Simultaneous Detection Method for Pesticide Residues in Grains

Abstract:Withthe modern conceptof food safety deeply rooted inpublicawareness,people pay more and more atentiontothedetectionofpesticideresiduesingrains,soas toensurefoodsafety.However,due to manyfactors,such as improperuseofpesticides,cognitive deviationand poorsupervision,some grains with excessivepesticideresidues enter themarket,which poses agreat threat to food safetyand people'shealth.Pesticideresidue detection,asan important measure to ensure food safety,can improve detection eficiency through multi-component simultaneous detection. Thearticleselected10kindsofcommonlyusedpesticideresiduesasdetection items,took3kindsof typical grainsas detection samples,and constructeda multi-component simultaneous detection mode by means of cation exchange resin and protective column.The results show that QuEChERS-gas chromatograph combined with this detection method can improve detection efficiency and reduce detection costs,showing good application value.
