Abstract:This studyaims tosystematicall evaluatethe impactsoftemperature, humidity, andlighton thedetection resultsofCa,Fe,Zn,Cuinfoodand water, andtoestablishstandardized estingconditions.Theexperimentadopted Inductively CoupledPlasha Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)todeterminetheelementalcontentofsamplesunderdifrent environmental conditions.Single-factor experiments were conducted to analyze the effects of temperature (15~35 C ), humidity ( 40% ~80%),and light intensity (O~1 Ooo lx).Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the environmental conditions, and the method wasvalidatedbefore being appliestoactual sampletesting.Theresults show that, for every 10 C increase in temperature, the detection deviation of Fe increases by 12.3% ~18.7 % ;when humidity exceeds 75% ,the recovery rate of Zn drops to 82.4% ;when light intensity > 500 lx,the oxidative loss of Cu reaches 15.6% Therefore, the optimized conditions are 20±2C (50±5)% humidity, with complete protection from light. Under these conditions, the determination accuracy of each element exceeds 95.8% ,withan SRSD
