Application ofLC-MS/MS in the Detection of Three β -Adrenergic Agonist Residues in DonkeyMeat

Abstract：This study develops an LC-MS/MS-based method for determining residues of three β -adrenergic agonists （salbutamol，actopamin，clenbuterol） indonkeymeat.Samplesprecipitation，extractedwithethylacetate-methyltert butyl ether（MTBE）mixed solvent，purifiedusingan MCXsolid-phase extraction（SPE）cartridge，detected inESIand MRMmodes，and quantified by internal standard method.Results show good linearity （R 2 >0.998） forall threeanalytes in the range of 1～50 ng/mL，with method detection limit of 0.2μg/kg ，limit of quantification （LOQ）of O.5μg/kg，spiked recoveriesof 88.5%～97.5%，and relative standard deviations （ SRSD of 1.5% 2 7.0% ：
