Research on Simultaneous Purification and Efficient Pretreatment Methods for Multi-class Pesticide Residues in Tea

Abstract: In responseto the problems of low purification efficiencyand cumbersomeoperation in thepretreatmentof multi-pesticideresidue detectionintea,this paperaimstodevelopanovel simultaneouspurification method,DMsPE. Green tea,black tea and oolong tea were used as samples,and the DMsPEandQuEChERS methods were respectively applied for the pretreatment. Two representative pesticides were detected by gas chromatography - tandemmass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS)and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS),and the core indicators such as purification effct,recoveryrate,matrix efectandoperational eficiencywere comparedand evaluated.The average recovery rate of the DMsPE group significantly increases to 94.3% 2 105.3% 0 SRSDRSD
