Abstract:Foodsafetyisrelatedtothehalthandlifesafetyofallcitizens,anditisalsodirectlyrelatedtosocialstability andthehealthydevelopmentofconomyItismajrliveliodissue.Fromfatoable,itisnecessrytoensuretateerylink concermingagiculturalproductsisfeandreliable,andteprocssisinterlinked.Asfodidustrytcnologiescontiuetevole newbusiness modelssuchasonlinefoodorderingandcross-borderfoode-commerceareconstantlyemerging,whileconsumer demandsarebecomingmoreandmorediversfed.Thesenewdevelopmentsposegreatchallenges tofodsafetysupervision,cluding insuficienteglatoyapacityndifmatioasmetryisrticlemainlyintroucstepblesesistiginfodfetysisio andlaw enforcementand proposes targeted countermeasures,with theaimto provide reference forrelevant research.
