Abstract:To ensure theaccuracyandreliabilityoffoodadditive testingdata,thisarticle focusesonthecore issues of testingqualitycontrol,identifies influencing factors such as deviations insamplecollectionandstorage processing, insufficient adaptation of testing methods,lack of instrument calibrationand maintenance,and oversights in the management of reference materialsand reagents.This paper proposes targeted operational key points including refining collctionandstorage norms,calibrating testing parameters,improving instrument procedures,andstrengtheningreagent managementthroughout theentirechain,providing practical reference forthestandardizedand precise implementation of food additive testing work.
