Abstract:The detection and testing of heavy metal residues in food is a crucial component of the food safety management process,which isdirectly linkedto consumer healthandthe improvementof industrial quality.This paper reviews key detection methods including atomic absorption spectroscopy and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,along withtheirrespectivecharacteristics.Italsooutlinesthefundamentalprerequisitesforoptimizing these methods,proposes practical approaches such as sample pretreatment optimization,detection parameteradjustments,and technological integrationand innovation,and establishesamulti-dimensional validation system.These efortsaim toadvance he precisionand eficiencyofheavymetalresiduedetectioninfood,therebysupporting foodsafetyregulationandthe highquality development of the industry.
