Current Status and Improvement Strategies of Nutritional Food for the Elderly

Abstract:Against the backdropof thesilver economyand acelerating aging process,demand for nutritional foods amongtheelderlycontinuestogrow.Thearticleexploresthecurrntsituationofutritionalfoodsfortheelderlydentifies core issuessuchasuevenutrientintake,mismatchetwensupplyandemand,andimpefectpolicystandards.Itpoposes practical strategies fromaspectssuchasstrengtheningscientificdietaryeducation,promotingsupply-demandalignment,and improvingpolicystandardsandsupervision,withthegoalof improvingthenutritionalstatusoftheelderlyandontributing to the comprehensive advancement of elderly health programs under the silver economy.
