Abstract:To improve mold prevention and freshnessretentionof grain andoil foods,and ensure food security and consumerhealth,this paperanalyzestheapplicationadvantagesand suggestionsof biological preservation technology. According totheanalysis,thetechnologyfeatures highsafety,adaptabilitytolong-termgrainandoilstorage,and ensurance of nutritionalandsensoryvalues.Onthis basis,it is necessary tooptimize itsapplication effectandupgrade grainandoilfood preservation technologybyselectingadaptive technologies,advancing R&D,strengthening personnel training,scientifically combining other technologies,and improving quality standards system.
