Research on Optimization Strategies for Whole-Process Quality Control of Food Quality and Safety Inspection

Abstract:Focusing on key nodes in the whole processoffood qualityand safety inspection,this paperanalyzes problems in sample colectionand pretreatment,instrument management,reagent and consumable management and test result review,proposes targeted optimization strategies from fouraspects:sheme optimization,management improvement,control strengthening,mechanism improvement.This paper aims to providetheoretical reference for enhancing quality control level offood qualityand safety inpectionand strengtheing food safety defense line.
