The Current Situation of Food Safety Supervision in Colleges and Universities and the Innovation and Optimization Paths

Abstract:Foodsafetyinhighereducationinstitutionsservesasthecornerstoneofcampuspublichealthsecuritydirectly impacting thewell-beingoffacultyandstudentsaswellascampus stability.Theregulatoryframeworkforfoodsafetyspans theentire supplychain from procurement,storage,processing to sales,whileaddressing dimensions such aspersonnel management,environmentalsafety,andemergencyresponse.Thiscomplexsystemisfraught withrisks.Currentchallngesin universityfoodsafetyoversightincludeinadequaterenovationofagingdningfacilities,lackofreal-tmemonitoring,diiculis inrecruitingandretaining stafs,andsuboptimaltrainingoutcomes,stemmingfrommultifacetedfactors suchas funding constraints,gulatoyodels,ndompesaiosuces.Groudedinyotrolntsdskdentifatiotiso inovativeoptimizationincluding:self-operatedcorediningserviceswithcompliantoutsourcingofspecialtywindows,preolieges andongoingregulartraininganddigitalosed-loopsupervision.Theseapproachesaimtoehancetheprecisionandsandardation offoodsafetyregulationincolegesanduniversities,therebystrengthening thedefenselineagainstcampusfoodsafetyrisks.
