Analysis of Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Market Supervision of Small-Scale Food Workshops

Abstract: Small-scale food workshops,as important carriers that embody local characteristic flavorsand ensure people's livelihoodandemployment,havethecharacteristicsofbeing "small,scatteredanddisorderly",whichposes manychallenges to marketsupervision.Basedonregulatory practices,this paperdeeplyanalyzes thecore dificulties in themarketsupervisionofsmallscale food workshops fromfour dimensions including business distribution,production conditions,regulatoryresources,and institutionalconnection.Combined withactualcases,thispaperproposes targeted countermeasures including preciseclassifiedsupervision,full-chaincontrol,innovationof regulatory models,and constructionofacolaborativegovernancesystem,aiming toprovidereferenceforstrengthening thefoodsafetydefense line and promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
