Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Food Safety Supervision Policies in Educational Institutions: An Empirical Analysis Based on the Health Needs of College Students

Abstract:Based on thepaneldata of five vocationalcolleges inacertain region from 2O2O to 2O23,this paper constructsananalytical framework forpolicyimplementation intensity,implementationdeviationandfoodsafetylevel, andincorporatesthematchingdegreeofstudents'health needs forextendedtesting.Theresultsshowthattheintensityof supervision enforcementcan improvethefood safety performanceofcanteens,while enforcementdeviation will weaken thesupervision efect.There isasignificantcorrelationbetweentheimprovementoffood safetyand students'health neds.Furtheranalysisindicates thatinternalcampusgovernance hasacrowding-out efectonregulatoryefectiveness. Theresearchaims toprovidereferenceforthepolicyimprovementoffoodsafety governanceineducationalinstitutions.
