Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of Food Safety Supervision Policies in Educational Institutions： An Empirical Analysis Based on the Health Needs of College Students

Abstract：Based on thepaneldata of five vocationalcolleges inacertain region from 2O2O to 2O23，this paper constructsananalytical framework forpolicyimplementation intensity，implementationdeviationandfoodsafetylevel， andincorporatesthematchingdegreeofstudents'health needs forextendedtesting.Theresultsshowthattheintensityof supervision enforcementcan improvethefood safety performanceofcanteens，while enforcementdeviation will weaken thesupervision efect.There isasignificantcorrelationbetweentheimprovementoffood safetyand students'health neds.Furtheranalysisindicates thatinternalcampusgovernance hasacrowding-out efectonregulatoryefectiveness. Theresearchaims toprovidereferenceforthepolicyimprovementoffoodsafety governanceineducationalinstitutions.
