Abstract：Thepaperaimstoaddress the practical problemssuchasthedificultyinidentifying theauthenticityof the origin，thelackof transparencyintheproductionprocess，andthedifcultyintracing qualityandsafetyincidentsduring thedevelopmentof the industryofChinese Miten Crab fromYelowRiverEstuary，and toenhance thebrand protection and marketcompetitiveness of geographical indication products.This paper takes the comprehensivegovernance of the industrialchainasthestarting point，proposesacontentmanagement system mainlycomposedof the fivecoreelements of "people，environment，materials，methods，andtraceability"，createsaqualityandsafetycontrolsystemfortheentire processof breedingsources，production，andproductlaunch，providesanintegratedimprovementdirectionoftechnology empowerment，mechanism optimization，and capacityenhancement，and achieves closed-loop management with controllable elements，traceable processes，and traceable products.
