Abstract：Asacritical carrer inthe processes offood production，processing，packaging，transportationandstorage， themigrationof substances from food contact materialsdirectly impacts foodsafetyand human health.Thisarticle systematically investigates thequality inspection methodsformigrants in food contact materials，reviewsthe types， sources，and hazard characteristicsof these migrants，and focuseson analyzing the principles，applicationscenarios， andtechnicaladvantages of mainstream detection techniques includinggas chromatography，liquid chromatography， inductivelycoupled plasmamassspectrometryand infraredspectroscopy.Byexamining practicaldetectioncases，the precision，sensitivityandapplicabilityofdiferentdetectionmethodsarecompared，alongwithkeyqualitycontrolpoints in the detection process，aiming to enhance food safety supervision and safeguard consumer health rights.
