NewAdvances in the Detection of Staphylococcus aureus Toxins in Food Safety Testing

Abstract:Food safety incidents caused by Staphylococcus aureus toxins occur frequently.However,traditional detection methods have shortcomings such as complex operation and long time consumption.Incontrast,new rapid detectiontechnologies,withadvantagessuchas highsensitivityportability,andreal-timeresponse,havebecome important methods for toxindetection.This article systematicall expounds thecontamination scenariosand detection difficultiesofStaphylococcusaureus toxins,analyzes the shortcomingsof traditional detection methods,and mainly discusses theapplication principles,methodoptimization strategies,andthelatest researchprogressofnewdetection technologiessuchasimmunoassay,moleculardiagnostic techniques,andbiosensors,aiming toprovidereference for rapid,sensitive,and eficient toxin detection.
