Abstract：Veterinarydrug residuedetection isacrucial step inensuring foodsafety.LC-MS，with itsadvantagesof highsensitivity，highselectivity，andaccuratequalitativeandquantitativeanalysis，hasbecome the mainstreammethod for veterinary drug residue detection.This techniqueachieves eficientseparation of target analytes incomplex matrices throughliquidchromatography，ndcombinedwiththestructuralidentificationcapabilitiesof massspectrometry，which cansimultaneouslydetectmultiple veteriarydrug residues.Theapplicationofadvanced instruments suchas the Triple Quad 5500+ hassignificantly improved detection effciency and accuracy，providing reliable technical support for food safety supervision.
