Research Progress on Control Strategies and Detection Methods for Plasticizers in Baijiu (Chinese liquor)

Abstract:Plasticizer contamination in Baijiu (Chinese liquor)poses athreat to food safety.Asystematic analysisof its sources,hazards,detection techniques,andcontrolstrategies isof greatsignificanceinensuring productquality.This paper systematicallysummarizesthe migration pattrnsof plasticizers,the technical characteristicsofchromatographymassspectrometryandrapid detection methods,andthecontrolmeasures including sourcecontrol,process supervision, andsystem construction.The research shows that plasticizers mainly originate fromthe migration of plastic pipes and packaging materials.The limit of detection ofchromatography-mass spectrometrycanreach themicrogram level,and establishingacomprehensivecontrolsystemcan efectivelyreduce theriskofcontamination,providing technicalsupport for the quality improvement of Baijiu industry.
