Research Progress on Control Strategies and Detection Methods for Plasticizers in Baijiu （Chinese liquor）

Abstract：Plasticizer contamination in Baijiu （Chinese liquor）poses athreat to food safety.Asystematic analysisof its sources，hazards，detection techniques，andcontrolstrategies isof greatsignificanceinensuring productquality.This paper systematicallysummarizesthe migration pattrnsof plasticizers，the technical characteristicsofchromatographymassspectrometryandrapid detection methods，andthecontrolmeasures including sourcecontrol，process supervision， andsystem construction.The research shows that plasticizers mainly originate fromthe migration of plastic pipes and packaging materials.The limit of detection ofchromatography-mass spectrometrycanreach themicrogram level，and establishingacomprehensivecontrolsystemcan efectivelyreduce theriskofcontamination，providing technicalsupport for the quality improvement of Baijiu industry.
