Technical Report on Method Validation for the Determination of Multiple Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues

Abstract:To ensure that laboratory testing capabilities meet standard requirements,this article systematically validatesthe technicalcapabilityof Method2ofNY/T761—2008fordetecting17organophosphoruspesticideresidues, inaccordance with GB/T27404—2008andGB/T27417—2017.Radish wasselectedas therepresentative vegetable matrixtoevaluatekeyperformanceindicators including linearrange,limitofdetection,limitofquantification,accuracy (recoveryrate),and precision.Theresultsshowthatthe17pesticides exhibit goodlinearity withintheconcentrationrange of 0.02~0.55 μg/mL (extend to 2.5 μg/mL for some compounds),with correlation coefficients r≥0.998. The method detection limits (S/N ≥ 3) range from 0.01 to 0.06mg/kg ,meeting the standard requirements.At three spiked levels (O.05/0.1/0.5 mg/kg, and 0.2/0.4/2.0 mg/kg for some pesticides),the average recovery rates range from 76.4% to 108% ,with relative standard deviations between 0.9% and 3.9%.Both accuracy and precision comply with the relevant quality control specifications.The validationconfirmsthatthelaboratoryistechnicallycapableofaccuratelyandreliablydetecting the17organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables using Method2of NY/T761—2008.
