Abstract:Food inspection and testing playsa crucial role in ensuring food safety,and qualityand safety control directlyafectsthe effectiveness offood safety supervision.This paper conductsatestingsystem byscientifically selecting samples,determining testing indicatorsand choosing appropriate methods.Itconducts statistical verification and standard comparison on testdatato identify prominent problems in curent testing technologies,processes, personnel,standards,rgulationsandotheraspects,andproposes targetedoptimizationstrategiestoprovideoetical and practicalreferenceforimproving thequalityandsafety managementleveloffood inspectionand testing in China. 1试验方案设计
1.1试验样本选取与制备
本文以市售粮油、畜禽肉、果蔬、乳制品4大类高频消费品为研究对象,采取分层随机抽样法,从3家生产企业、2家大型超市、1家农贸市场共采集有效样本175份(粮油45份,畜禽肉类38份,果蔬52份,乳制品40份)。(剩余4605字)
