Abstract:Infantand toddlerformula milk powder,asaspecialdietaryfoodcloselyrelated tonational economy and people's livelihood,directlyimpacts thephysical healthof thenext generationandthenational public healthsecurity strategy.Againstthedual backdropof global supplychainrestructuringand high-qualitydevelopment in China's dairy industry,milk powder productionfaces multiplechallnges,including diversifiedraw material sources,complex production processes,and refined consumer demand.Traditional models can no longer address potential nonlinear quality safetyrisks in modernindustrial production.Manufacturers urgently need to transitionfrompassivecomplianceto proactive defense,andestablisharisk prevention mechanismbasedon theentire industrial chain perspective.Therefore, this paper explores thequalityrisk identificationand systematicprevention mechanism throughoutthe lifecycleof infant and todder formula milk powder manufacturers.Theaim is to construct aclosed-loopqualityrisk prevention system covering sourcecontrol,procesoptimizatio,andtermialtraceability,sostoprovidepathwayeferenceforhancing the core competitiveness of China's infant and toddler formula milk powder industry and consumer trust.
