Research on Rapid Detection Technology for Staphylococcus aureus Based on Immunomagnetic Bead Technology

Abstract:To enhance the rapid identificationof Staphylococcus aureus incomplex food matrices,a detection technology system centeredon specificcaptureof immunomagnetic beads is established.The studyanalyzes the beadbacterium binding behavior,theimpactof sample pretreatmentconditionsoncapture eficiency,andthesignalreadout mechanismunderlow-relativeabundance conditions.Results indicate thatthe functionalization level of magnetic beads,ionicenvironmentstability,and microstructureconfinementdesigncollectivelydeterminethedetectionsystem's sensitivity.Theoptimized strategy basedonlayered amplificationand local enrichment significantly enhances the detectabilityoflow-copycteria,omprehensivelyimproving thtimeliness,accuracy,andenarioadaptabilityofpid detection.Thispaperprovidesanengineredandscalable technical foundationforfood microbiologicalsafety monitoring.
