Study on the Influence of Carbohydrate Intake Timing on the Performance of Sports Dance Specialized Techniques

Abstract:This paperinvestigates the impactof carbohydrate intaketiming on technical performance indance athletes. Forty-eightdancers wererandomlyassigned tofour groups receiving carbohydrates at diffrent times.Results showthat carbohydrate intake2 hours before training or1 hour after training can increase muscle glycogen by 38.7% ,maintain blood glucoseat4.5~6.2mmol/L,andsignificantlyimprove movementaccuracyandsenseofrhythm.Mid-sessionhighGI supplementation enhances movement repeatability by 18.7% .Females and dancers with longer years of experience exhibite greater responsivenes.Astep-by-stepmuscleglycogencomplement plan isproposed by integrating neural regulatory mechanism.The studydemonstrates themulti-dimensionalregulatoryroleof thetimingofcarbohydrate ntake on dancers'performance,providingatheoreticalbasisand practice approach foroptimizingspecial nutritionprograms and enhancing the scientific training level.
