Abstract:Foodsafety issuesarebecoming increasinglyprominent,and traditionaldetection methodsaredificultto meetthe needsofrapidandaccurate supervision.Biotechnologyhas becomeanimportant means offoodsafetydetection due to its high sensitivityand specificity.Immunological detection techniques enable rapid screening of pathogenic bacteriaand toxins,molecular biology techniques achieve precise identificationof pathogenic microorganisms, and biosensors support rapid on ⋅- sitedetection.These techniquesplaya critical rolein the detection of pathogenic microorganisms,pesticideresidues,avymetals,iotoxins,andilegaladitives.iologicaldetectiontechnologieshave significantlyimproveddetectioneficiencyandaccuracyproviding strongsupportforestablisingacomprehensivefood safety assurance system.
