基于水利工程的闸门防腐施工安装验收要点探讨

Abstract:Taking a local independent water supply reservoir water conservancy project as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the acceptance key points of various links such as gate manufacturing,transportation,hoisting,anti-corrosion and installation,realizes the integration of construction technologyoptimizationand acceptance standard ,and then caries out practical application practices.The results show that compared withthe design standard values,the acceptance key point system has increased the measured average value of plane deviation in the installation stage by 38.3% ,the average value of height deviation test by 44% ,the one-time qualification rate of welding quality reached 98.7% ,the over-standard defect rate was reduced to 0.8% ,the repair qualification rate reached 100% ,the sealing performance leakage was controlled at 0.12L/min ,the pressure retention rate reached 93.5% ,the deviation of anti-corrosion coating thickness was controlled at ±9.5 ,the adhesion grade reached grade 0.8,and the expected service life was increased by 21.3% :

在我国水利工程建设不断朝着多样化、标准化方向发展的背景下,闸门安装环境也从简单的陆地工况逐渐扩展到水域工况,这些施工环境的水文相对简单,但存在着腐蚀性强、控制精度等问题,对闸门安装质量的要求较高[13]。(剩余5869字)
