Abstract:Aiming at the problems of longtimeconsumptionand inability to realizereal-time monitoring of traditional measurement methods,a trace distillation range tester for petroleum products was designed based on the concept of rapidtesting inmicrochemical experiments,soas toachieve thegoalsof miniaturization,rapidityand intelligent detection of petroleum product distilation range.The design of the main controler,selection of sensing devices,detection circuit,drive circuit,communication circuit,circuit schematic diagramand appearance design were carried out,and the determination method meets the ASTM D7345 standard.The designand instalation process and operationsteps were also formulated.The testresults ofO#diesel oil show thatthedeveloped trace distilationrange tester notonly achieves miniaturization,but also has the characteristicsof simple operationandstable performance.Its test results are consistent withthoseof the nationalstandard GB/T6536—2O10,whilethetesttime isreduced fromthe traditional3O minutesto5 minutes.
