Abstract:This study explored the amelioration efectof polyaspartic acid-containing bio-organic fertilizer on degraded soil in facilityvegetable cultivation.Representative degraded soil samples were colected from facilityvegetable planting areas as test materials,and polyaspartic acid-containing bio-organic fertilizer was prepared subsequently. A control group and experimental groups 1-5 were designed,with different concentrations of the bio-organic fertilizer applied to each group.Soil enzyme activities were measured to analyze the comprehensive amelioration efect of the fertilizer.The experimental groups exhibited varying degres of soil improvement;among them,group 3 showed the highest soil enzyme activityand the bestamelioration effect.Application of 5OO mg/L polyasparticacid-containing bio-organic fertilizertothe degraded facilityvegetablesoilcan notonly increase soil enzyme activitybutalso elevate thecontentoforganic materinthesoil,therebyproviding favorableconditions for thegrowth offacilityvegetables.
