Abstract:This study investigated the efects of multi-scalepolypropylene fiberson the propertiesofhigh-performance concrete.Four groups of single-fiber-doped specimens and three groups of hybrid-fiber-doped specimens were designed,and the mechanical properties as well as shrinkage and crack resistance of the concrete were tested.The results showed that fiber incorporation had litleefect onthe compressive strength ofconcrete butcould significantly improve its tensile strength,among which the three-scale hybrid groupA7exhibited the optimal tensile strength;the influence range of fiber incorporation on the elastic modulus of concrete was within ±3% ,and the 28-day elastic modulus of group A7 wasthe highest.In terms of shrinkage performance,group A7 had the lowest free shrinkage strain andrestrainedshrinkage strain,demonstrating thebest crack resistance.Meanwhile,fieldapplicationverification ndicated thatthelining ofgroup A7hadnocracksafter18O days,and itsrebound strength was alsobeter than thatofthereferencegroup.Multi-scale hybrid fiberscan significantly improve the crack resistanceand enginering applicabilityof concrete through synergistic effcts,providing a new idea for the design of lining materials for diversion tunnels.
