Abstract:To investigate the efect of epoxyresin binders on the fixing stability of rotating bearing systems in CT scanners,epoxyresin-based binders were used and divided into groups with massratios of epoxy resin (EP) to carboxyl-terminated nitrile butadiene rubber (CTBN)of 4:1,5:1,and 6:1.The shear strength,peel strength,and tensile strength of the binders inthe three groups were analyzed.Rotating bearing components of CT scanners were selected,and epoxyresin-based binders wereused to replace traditional bolt fixation,with theirrotationalaccuracyand vibrationcharacteristicsanalyzed.The results showed that when theratio was 5:1,the shear strength,peel strength, and tensile strengths for samples 1 and2 of the epoxy resin-based binder were24.17 MPa,13.76 kg/(25 mm),1, 075N,and 1,1O7 N,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the 4:1 and 6:1 ratios.When the (204号 epoxy resin-based binder was used for bonding,the rotational angle control error of the CT scanner was below 0.5∘ .The actual vibration frequency response values of the rotating bearings obtained were close to the experimental data.The epoxy resin-based binder exhibited excellnt bonding performance and could improve thefixing stability of rotating bearings in CT scanners.
