装配式临时道路大尺寸钢筋混凝土预制板受力试验研究

Abstract:To improve the turnover usage times of large-size reinforced concrete precast slabs,field tests were carried out on the assembled temporary road with 2m×2m×0.2 m precast slabs under the load of construction vehicles. the horizontaland vertical stresseson the topandbottomsurfacesof the precast slabs under diferent working conditions were tested,and thecharacteristicsofthe stres-time historycurvesof theprecast slabs were otained.the influence laws of vehicle speed,vehicle load,joint width and base course thickness on the maximum horizontal stress and maximum vertical stress of the precast slabs were studied.the results show that the maximum horizontal stress and maximum vertical stress increase with the increase of vehiclespeed,vehicle loadand joint width,anddecrease with the increase of base course thickness;when the joint width exceeds 5 cm,the arching effect basically disappears,and both tend to the maximum values;when the base course thickness exceeds 2O cm,the changes of both areno longersignificant.To extend theservicelifeofthe precast slabs,it issuggested that the vehicle speedand load of the temporary road should be limited in engineeing,the base course thickness should be controlled within 20cm for convenientlaterdemolition,andthe joint width shouldbe2cmtoensure theeffectiveexertionofthearchingeffect.
