Abstract:A studyon the ground feature information extraction method for environmentaland water conservation of power transmission and transformation projects based on surveying and remote sensing technology was proposed.The DN values of remote sensing images were converted into radiance values,and combined withthe dark pixel method, theatmospheric scattering contribution was subtracted from the radiance value of each pixel to achieve atmospheric corrction of remote sensing images.Evaluation indicators such as image pixel mean,spectral proportion contribution rate,homogeneity,and contrastweredefined,andefectiveextractionofenvironmentaland waterconservation ground feature information was realized from the two dimensions of spectral features and texture features.A hierarchical extraction rule for environmental and water conservation ground feature information was constructed,and extractionthresholds weresetfordiferent feature indicators to achieve hierarchical extraction of ground feature iformation.The test resultsshow that when the proposed method is used for ground feature information extraction,the Kappa coefficient of the extraction results is relatively high,indicating a relatively ideal extraction effect.
