基于5G技术的纳米传感器在海上风电设备检测中的应用

Abstract:This study focuses on the innovative application of nanosensors based on5G edge computing in the detection of offshore wind power generation equipment.Taking advantage of the high precision and high sensitivity of nanosensors,real-time monitoring is caried out on gearboxes,couplings,transformersand othercomponents in wind power generation equipment.The experimental results show that under diffrent temperature environments,the sensitivity of nanosensors increases with the rise of ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is -20‰ and 80∘C ,the sensitivity of nanosensors is 0.7mV/∘C and 3mV/% respectively,which can meet the needs of actual fault detection of ofshore wind power generation equipment.In addition,the recognition timeof 5G edge computing technology is relatively stable and short,basically maintaining at 3~8 s. The 5G edge computing technology can quickly identifydiffrent fault types,providing a basis forsubsequentfault detectionof offshorewind power generation equipment.
