超疏水防腐蚀涂层材料制备与性能及在输电领域的应用

Abstract:Toaddress the problem that metal materials areprone to corosion under environmental influences,hydro phobic nano-silicon dioxide was prepared via the traditional sol-gel method in the experiment.A two-step spraying method was then adopted to combine hydrophobic nano-silicon dioxide with modified molybdenum disulfide and water-based epoxyresin,thereby fabricating a superhydrophobic anti-corrosion coating.Theresults showed that,in comparison with pure epoxy resin coatings,this superhydrophobic anti-corrosion coating hada water contactangle of 161.5∘ ,a lower corrosion current density,a higher corrosion potential,and a larger low-frequency impedance modulus.It exhibited excellentsuperhydrophobicity,long-term corrosion resistance,and durability:after 2O wear cycles, its water contact angle still reached 152.3∘ ,maintaining superhydrophobic properties.In the protection of metal power transmision devices,this superhydrophobic anti-corosion coating demonstrated outstanding comprehensive performance,which can providea reference for solving the corosion problem of metal materials in the power transmission field.
