纳米材料的掺入对混凝土力学性能的影响

Abstract:In this study,with the nano .SiO2 content fixed at 2.0% ,the mechanism of action of different steel fiber contents (0%~1.2% )on the density,water absorption,workability,and mechanical properties of concrete was systematically investigated.The results showed that when the steel fiber content was 0.8% ,the apparent density reached a maximum value of 2,450.35kg/m3 ,while the water absorption was the lowest at a content of 0.6% . In terms of workability,the slump graduallydecreased with the increase of steel fiber content,with the maximum decrease reaching 34.62% .Mechanical property tests indicated that the compressve strength peaked at a steel fiber content of 0.8% ,and when the content was 1.0% ,the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength reached their maximum values of 7.45MPa and 4.67MPa ,respectively.Overall,a steel fiber content in the range of 0.8% ~ 1.0% can synergistically optimize the compactness,compressive strength,tensile strength,and flexural strengthof concrete,providing important reference for the mix ratio design of high-performance concrete.
