鼻导管表面改性抗菌润滑材料制备及性能分析和应用

Abstract:A novel preparation method forlubricating andantibacterial catheters was proposed.First,thecomprehensive performance of the prepared lubricatingandantibacterial catheters was tested,andthen the clinical aplication efctof thecatheters wasanalyzed.Theresults showedthatthe watercontactangleof thelubricatingand antibacterial catheter was 32∘ . After ultrasonic treatment for 3O minutes,the water contact angle remained basically unchanged;after 15O reciprocating friction cycles on a friction and wear tester,the friction coefficient was consistently maintained at around O.O4;the growth rate of L929 cells on the catheter exceeded 100% ;the bacteriostatic rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was over 98% ,demonstrating excellent comprehensive performance.When applied clinically as nasal catheters ,the effective rate of patient treatment reached 98% ,and the incidence of adverse reactions was only 6% .The patients’ comfort and tolerance were significantly higher than those using ordinary catheters,indicating a favorable clinical application effect.
