溶剂型涂料车间有机废气综合治理技术研究

Abstract:A study on the comprehensive treatment technology of organic waste gas in solvent-based coating workshops was carried out.Organic waste gas collction hoods for the solvent-based coating workshop were arranged at locationssuch as the first-floorunloading port,second-floor feeding port,and third-floor storage tankarea,andthe stress tensor of organic waste gas in the collction hoods was calculated using the organic waste gas flow and heat transferequation.Under theactionof electric field force,thevariationrelationshipbetween theefectivemigration velocityof dust particles in the electrostatic precipitatorand theelectric field wind speed was analyzed.Acontinuously updated water film was formedon the surface of the dust collction electrode plate to treat the organic waste gas in thecollection hoods,achieving comprehensive treatment.The treatment results show that the residual gas volume of the following organic waste gases after treatment fluctuates within the range of 0~6 tons per annum (T/A) : xylene ( C8H10 ),ethyl acetate ( C4H8O2 ),butyl acetate ( C6H12O2 ),methyl ethylketone( C4H8O ),ethanol ( C2H5 (204号 OH),dichloromethane( CH2C2L ),acetaldehyde( CH3CHO ),and trimethylamine ( (CH3)3N, ). The emissions are withinthe standard limits,and the comprehensive waste gas treatment effect is good,which playsan important role in the safe production of coating workshops.
