乒乓球拍用改性聚氨酯环氧树脂胶粘剂性能表征

Abstract：Taking epoxy polyurethane emulsion and polyacrylate emulsion as raw materials respectively，epoxy polyurethane adhesives for table tennis rackets were prepared.The experiments optimized the epoxy polyurethane emulsion and polyacrylate emulsion separately，then optimized theratioof theepoxy polyurethane adhesive，and finally conducted a performance study on the drying conditions of the epoxy polyurethane adhesive.The results show that when the dosage of epoxy resin E51 in the epoxy polyurethane emulsion is 9% ；the molar ratio of soft monomers butylacrylate（EA）toethylacrylate（BA）inthe polyacrylate emulsion is 6：4，and the molarratioofsoft monomers to hard monomers is 1： 1； the solid content of polyacrylate in the epoxy polyurethane adhesive is 16% ，and the molarratio of hydrazino groups to ketocarbonyl groups is 1：O.8，the epoxypolyurethane adhesivehas high stability and exhibits good hydrophobicity and water droplet infiltration resistance.After drying at 70‰ for ，the bonding strength of the adhesive exceeds 4kN/m ，which meets the application requirements of table tennis rackets.
