基于3D打印下口腔咬合重建精准化修复方案及材料适配

Abstract:To address the problems of traditional oral occusal reconstruction schemes,such asreliance on physicians'experience,lowdata acquisition accuracy,and lack of visual verification in design,a precision restoration scheme basedon virtual reality(VR)and3Dprinting technologywas proposed.The clinical effctsof the traditional restoration scheme(alginate impression + gypsum model + cast restoration) and this precision scheme were compared through experiments.The results showed that in the observation group (6O cases,VR +3D printing scheme), the marginal fit of the restoration was (92.3±3.5 ) μm and the number of occlusal contact points was (4.2±0.5) 号 per tooth,which weresignificantly beter than those of the control group(58 cases,traditional scheme);the treatment cycle was shortened by 35.6% ,and the overall patient satisfaction reached 95.0% ,both higher than those of the control group ( P<0.01 ). This precision scheme can significantly improve restoration accuracy and treatment efficiency through the synergy of digital technology and high-quality medical materials.
